Voilà le genre de scène qu'on irait chercher dans des contrées plus "exotiques" , et qu'on ne capture pas chez nous ! C'est très réussi ici , car la façade est attrayante , et la lumière matinale crée de jolis contrastes . Tout bon cadrage aussi .

I love this! And, of course, it's the light which makes this photograph so special!

Those really bright beams of early morning sunshine pick this lady out perfectly against her surroundings as she sweeps the street outside her house or shop. And the steepness of the street, together with the lines of the strong shadows, has produced some wonderfully strong angles to aid your fine composition which has a wonderfully graphic quality.

Your composition is excellent and your exposure perfect with details clearly visible in both the deepest shadows and also the very brightest parts.

Everyday scenes are so obvious that nobody observs them. .or hardly anybody; You did..a fine capture with a fine crop of a woman sweeping. She's in a street with an unusual steepness. The low light casts a splendil shaddow. Furthermore the restricted color pallette adds to the high quality.
Clever and grand shot.

Hi Claude,
a good shot that have the ingredients that I appreciate. Simplicity, play with light and shadows and a good composition. This shot have all of that and an extra bonus-a steep street with strong lines which lifts this every day situation a lot. A very attractive and talented picture!
