Church built out of brown schist, with a nave arched in cradle, sheltering the tomb of the family of the Pope Urbain V.

Guillaume de Grimoard, born in Grizac in this commune in 1310, became the sixth pope in Avignon, under the name of Urbain V, and died in 1370 in Avignon.
He made build the collegial one on a headland which dominates the Tarn river, in 1363 to accommodate the tomb of his parents.

Collegial is a church entrusted to a college of Canons, alive monk in communanuté and also mingling with the civil society with which they render services.
