Photographer's Note

Charite-sur-Loire is a secret city to discover for its inheritance classified in UNESCO, its district of booksellers as well as for his natural environment between forest, slopes wine and the wild Loire.
Located on the road of Saint-Jacques-de- Compostelle, the pilgrims making stage benefitted from “the charity of the good fathers”, so that the charitois preserved of it the name, an art of living and a tradition of reception inherited by the monks Benedictines.
I had come this day there with an aim of photographing Cormorants which nest in a natural reserve between this city and Pouilly-sur-Loire. This ballade was not possible because of a cold and penetrating North wind of and penetrating: Brrr!
A photograph slightly different from this city was taken before by Jean-Michel-Daoudal.
