Photographer's Note

St John Nepomucen is the patron saint of roads, bridges, travelers and confessional secrets. He was a priest in a Prague cathedral in the XIVth century. According to one legend, he died for his refusal to reveal the confessional secrets of Queen Sophia and her husband had him drowned in the Vltava River.

Nowadays, tourists from all over the world believe that touching the statue of St John Nepomucen has a magic power of making secrets remain secrets.
