Located in Prague Castle and being built together with the castle, the construction of the cathedral in its current Gothic style began in 1344 and was completed, after an interruption of the works in the 15th century, only in 1929.

Hi Walter,

A spectacular view of this beautiful cathedral. Your photo shows plenty of details in the stone carving. I like the way the sunlight on the ground in the foreground illuminates parts of the facade from below. The people help give a sense of scale.
