Photographer's Note

Blue square

It's been a difficult time lately for me and my family. I wish to share this square view as it represents my feelings at this moment. We have a lot of uncertanties, much harder then you can judge what is pictured. I can only say that it is an overexposed picture on the croatian coast. I hope that uncertainties and the blue mood will go.

P.S:Good news! There was a bad doctor presumtion which ruined the last two days of the week for me and my wife. The news we received late Friday were perfectly different from the original. It turned out that the presumption was completely wrong. Thank you for all wishes I received from you. I'll leave the original note just as a record of my feelings these days.

Zdravo Aleks!
Slika mi je sicer všeč.Ima neko čarobnost,ampak bolj gledam bolj sem nor.
To je menda del čolna in vrvi za privez.Mislim vsaj.
Odlično deluje struktura modre barve in ostrina.Res dobra,čeprav je prežgana ali pa ravno zaradi tega.Bravo!

Super je fotka. Cista, nekako nestvarna i u isto vreme tuzna. Ne znam zasto ali ja sam je tako doziveo. Okvir mi se svidja jako, kompozicija odlicna...

Good luck for the future. And thanks for leaving the original note; it is a form of inspiration. I like your shot too as it is original in nature and context. The overexposure works here and adds an appropriate mood and atmosphere to the shot. A good piece of work.

Zdavo Aleksandar,
odlicna slika in zelo sem vesel drugacnih, veselih novic. Sem mislil v workshop dat tvojo modro ladjico v drugi, bolj veseli barvi in z rozicami, pa ne vem katera je tvoja najljubsa barva. Vsem skupaj zelim vse naj naj naj.

this is a radical change with your usual shots...!!
here i see a nice abstract pictrue, very graphic..
in that case we don't care at all of the extreme overexpo of the left...this is a part of the work..

Hi Aleks,
Overexposure filter all the unnecessary items out of this image. The reflections of water look quite magical and square format with wide frame fits perfectly. A very original one.
I'm glad to hear that things were not so bad as it sounded.

Hello Aleksandar, it's a wonderful shot but the news that you talk of, probably around the new little babe, is even better! And he was born happy and well! :-)
Doctors can make wrong assumptions...
I love this shot, wonderfully graphic, I can see it enlarged in a big format hanging on the wall, a very nice work!
