Photographer's Note
I found her on the other end of Varna Lake, where there was a small place, used by the fishermen to keep their boats.
The place has abandoned and unmaintained look, with a few "pensioned" boats like this one, thrown on the far end of the shore, left to the time to finish naturally the process of their destruction.
It made me sad, as I thought how faithfully they must have served to their masters. And saw the beauty in that unhappy end - still some bright colours and dignity are left anyway...

The boat looks like it was worked hard during it's time just as the fisherman who "captained this boat"

Ah, you seem to be really in to boats these days Maria..
A fine capture with interesting details and we must believe that this one will not be set on water again.
Well done..

This is a very 'sunny' picture. It has all the common ingredients. Boat, decay, and an interesting well framed shot.

Hi Maria, very nice composition again. Very detailed, the angle is , like yesterday's, only a totally different boat. Nice capture!

Yes, she sure looks like she has a lot of hard work behind her, Maria. You made a fine capture of this forgotten beauty, with an interesting way of having the boat reach into two thirds of your frame, and leaving the view open to the surroundings. Good, evocative shot.

I like how the shape of the prow and the shape of the grass to the right of it seems to mimic each other. The bold lettering and colors are great too.

The composition of this picture is very good. To add dry grasses as a background enhances the theme of old and abandoned. The colors are very good.

I love old boats, wish I could shoot some ... Pleasinmg colour here. Maybe if you chane your viewpoint, just stand a bit to the right, and you will get a better lead-in on the boat and loose the building in the back. Just a small comment on seeing your Bg and how it may affect your picture.

Like old abandoned hopes, they carry the crumpled dreams of their owners back to the earth.
