During my bike ride I saw this balloon land

I found this text in our local paper, but I've never been in a hot air balloon myself, never flown an airplane, so everything would be new to me.
My age won't allow me to ever do this again.

A beautiful view and beautiful experience
Ballooning
A hot air balloon ride is a unique experience. Quietly floating through the air, you have a fantastic view of the landscape, village or city where you live. Now and then you hear the burner, but when it is off it is wonderfully quiet in the air. A hot air balloon ride lets you see the area from a completely different perspective. You have a beautiful view in the distance, but also on the environment you are sailing over.
A balloon ride is an experience you will never forget!

During a balloon flight you are in the air for about an hour, this time does not include take-off and landing. A balloon ride is more than just a beautiful view. You also see how a hot air balloon is built and you can also help with this. Afterwards there is a pleasant conclusion with a drink and you will receive a certificate as a reminder of a beautiful balloon flight.

Hallo John,
Ik heb slechts één ballonvaart in mijn leven gemaakt en herinner me dat als een heel mooie belevenis.
Er staat geen leeftijd op om zo'n vlucht te maken. Je moet er nauwelijks iets voor doen behalve via het ingebouwde trapje in de mand klimmen en er later terug uit gaan.
Voor de rest enkel van de tocht genieten.
Deze luchtballon heeft heel mooie warme kleuren waardoor hij zich goed onderscheidt van de lucht op de achtergrond die zelf ook mooie maar dan heel zachte tinten heeft.
Interessant zijn ook de windturbines die boven de horizon uitreiken.
Een foto met een mooi licht. Helderheid en scherpte zijn perfect.

Hello John,
I like very much the bright colours of the balloon seen against the very soft tones of the sky and the ground. The light clouds also contribute to the fine background. We can imagine the excitement of the persons about to take off for the flight, and we can only hope they wouldn't bump into any of the wind turbines seen in the distance. I am sure they made it safely. It's a very good photo with a fine atmosphere.

lep pogled i trenutak, interesantan i dobar tekst ...
Lepo emsto i veliki balon, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i uhvacenim trenutkom.
Dobar rad, lepa fotografija.
Lepe boje balona i oblaka na plavom nebu.

Hi John,

I agree with a hot air ballon ride is great. I had the occasion to do it on June 25, 2007. The poit of view is showing the details of the hot air ballon. The quality of the light beautifies the colors. Have a nice day.

Hi John
I can strongly recommend balloon flights - I've only been on one but it was most enjoyable and great for photography. If you ever get the chance try a helicopter flight but for photography you need the door to be removed! For someone who has never been in a plain I probably don't see you doing either.
A good photo of the just landed balloon.

Have you never been on a plane? It is so hard to believe nowadays. I think I would be scared to fly baloon as well but I guess one can get used to it as well.

It must have been very exciting to see this huge, colourful balloon land! (I once saw one pass near to my window and was amazed at just how big they are!)
It looks to be just beginning to deflate so you did well to capture it against the pale sky.
How good that you were able to show the hot-air balloon against a b/g which features several wind turbines.

Hello John,
It's such a wonderful scene of the balloon landing on a farmland, I suppose.
A very striking orange-red-white balloon against the low sunlight and the sun-glowing high thin clouds.
I always wanted to do this hot-air balloon ride but never got a chance to do it. Maybe one day.
I often see them flying over my back garden and sometimes I saw people waving at me ... yes, it was flying very low.
I think it's nothing to do with age ... it's a matter of 'Hoogtevress' :-)
