Visit to Drongengoed forest wit carriage

The photo shows two covered wagons and six horses.
The three horses per carriage will not have a problem pulling the car.
Take some time to unwind and let yourself be carried away with a covered wagon.
A trip that charms young and old.
On request, a covered wagon ride will be graced by an experienced regional guide or a stop at the Drongengoed farm for a local beer and a snack.
And enjoy the wooded area

Hello John,
Horses make every photo look nicer, and six of them mean a very charming photo. These were seen in a pleasant environment in the park with the beautiful tower in the background. Colours and light are also very good in this nice photo.

Hallo John,
Een uitstekende foto van dit paardenstation. De twee huifkarren en de zes paarden vormen een mooie herhaling, vooral dankzij de blonde manen, die mooi afsteken tegen de achtergrond. het licht was ook heel plezierig.

fino a pochi anni fa anche nelle colline dietro casa mia c'era un carro che portava bambini e adulti a fare un giro alla scoperta della natura circostante, ma adesso non c'è più.
E' bello vedere questa scena, mi riporta alla memoria quei momenti.

I sometimes your images for "Coach", those are so inmtersting and very nostalgic. That makes me have longing toward Europe. This is a station for Coach, isn't it? So charming and also photogenic secne. Very sharp and clear prsensetion as usual.

Wonderful rural life image, what a lovely day it must have been and this image take us back to simpler times which many of us think were better in some ways. Ther horses are quite beautiful I wonder at the enjoyment to be had riding in the back of a wagon. Interesting representation - I fear that gentler style of living is being slowly eroded. But I live in hope......

It sounds like the perfect way to unwind!
Walking horse speed, time to see everything around you, and the ability to stop to take photographs or grab a cool drink!
Your photograph oozes the mood!
The horses look as relaxed as the journey would be for a person!
Your positioning of the figures ans the good lead line from the hitching rail adds good composition to a beautifully exposed photograph.

Goeden avond, John,
Ik heb altijd gedacht dat de rit in zo'n door paarden getrokken koets romantisch zou moeten zijn. Onlangs mocht ik mee rijden: het was vreselijk, op boswegen over heuvels en dalen, de houten banken waren erg ongemakkelijk. Maar op uw foto ses van deze paarden te zien, alle paarden van hetzelfde ras en allemaal mooi, dat vind ik erg leuk.

Dag John,
Dit zijn wel de paarden die je voor een huifkar verwacht. Een stevig, krachtige ras, met lange manen en oogkleppen voor.
Zo zie je ze vandaag de dag nieuw vaak. Ik herinner me nog wel dat vroeger een keer per week de schillenboer langskwam met een kar getrokken door zo’n paard.

Hallo John, horse carriages are a tradition to preserve in Belgium. To use them for an excursion allows to discover the countryside slowly. They represent also an ecological means of transport. Fine colors, good sharpness, instructive photo note, regards.
