Photographer's Note

The Danube passes along Vienna through three branches. The Donaukanal is near the city center and then is the Neue Donau here on the photo which is divided by Donauinsel with more clear blue waters at one side and then its the Alte Donau which is where the river originaly passed before Neued Donau was carved for minimizing the flood danger.
