Photographer's Note

We have holidayed in Grenada over the last ten years. We feel we have arrived on holiday when we have our first glimpse of pelicans. Fantastic, almost prehistoric looking birds. They glide and with their fantastic eyesight when they see a fish dive and scoop it up in their beaks. When you consider that the fish are moving their judgement is tremendous. Often when fishermen are fishing from the rocks you will see many pelicans flying over. Not sure when we will be lucky enough to see them again considering the current situation.
