Photographer's Note
his curious building, which will be again the house of the legislative powers of the country, is an architectural gem. thanks to the restoration that is made today was saved from certain destruction. for more than half a century the arrangements were terrible and ended up destroying its beauty. in the picture you can see part of this restorative process. cloudy sky helped me to emphasize the sadness i felt that day.
