Photographer's Note
Please open each photo in new tabs for the better versions.
This photo shows the front entrance and walls of a large complex in Bukhara decorated, as you would expect in Uzbekistan is splendid style.
The Bakha ad-Din Nakshband complex was built in the former centre of the dervishes' Order Nahshbandiya. It is named after the spiritual guide, Sheikh Bakha ad-Din who it is believed was conveyed to earth in 1389.
In the WS is a close of detail up above the entrance door and a photo taken in the courtyard.

Hello Ian
Another example of splendid Uzbek architecture. Fantastic gate. The group of tourists going to the complex animates the scene. Stunning sharpness and colours. The blue sky matches the blue decorations.
Best regards Malgo

Hello Ian,
In the courtyard there's a remarkable kind of shrine or a well in the shape of a small mosque.
I really like the architectural decorations of the entrance. I've seen the same kind of art in Iran.
The many blue tiles provide a magnificent view.
Best regards, Paul
