Photographer's Note
I'm not sure why it is that in so many parts of South and East Asia people seem to regard (even very busy) railways as convenient paths, or why safety rules are so casually disregarded by railways. In this case, there's a perfectly good run running alongside on one side, and a just as convenient path running along on the other.

Hello Richard,
The locals are not dare devils, but seemed to know exactly when the train will pass. May be only once a day. The next one comes on the next day. My guess.
Lovely capture of the local scene...
(I once cycled along the tracks..)
