Couple of years back, I was travelling from Singapore to HongKong on a new airline that just had started it's service. The interior was clean and had this "new car smell"

The flight was almost empty. The flight crew were very friendly. Seeing me taking pictures, they offered to take my picture with the pilot. For a while I was very excited that I would get to go into the cockpit....my excitement lasted only a moment. The captain stepped out instead to pose for the pic (that's a different photo...not posted here). Nevertheless, it was a nice experience with the friendliest airline crew I ever travelled with.

The picture was shot with a 75-300mm lens. No tripod.
