Photographer's Note
I am still cruising Loboc River. On my way back I saw another boat coming our way going the opposite direction. This is another group of sightseers, who probably just had lunch in the boat. Even before the boat I am riding in, meets the other boat, I already noticed 5 women sitting by the side. My mind starts to imagine. What if those were my favorite foreign actresses like Nicole Kidman (Australian), Ingmar Bergman (Sweden), Victoria Abril (Spain), Catherine Deneuve (France), and Kristin Hermosa (Philippines), then it would have been heaven in Loboc River! When the boat came side by side with mine, I snapped out of the dream. Luckily I came to my senses just fast enough to take a picture of the 5 charming Pilipina women.

Hi Andre,
interesting picture, I like the 5 different positions of these women.
I like the silhouettes of the people behind them.
Good light/shadows, well done

Hi Andre! this is a very nice composition. I like how you got in tight on the boat so that there is no scenery to distract from the people on board (except trough the glass), and the railings make interesting dividing lines in the frame. Well done!

They don't seem to be terribly happy to be on the cruise. They seem sort of tired and as if their minds are drifting just as yours was. I like how each was captured with a very unique posture. I could come up with stories for what each one was thinking at this moment. The silhouettes through the screen add a nice backdrop of ghostly figures with the final backdrop of the forest being very good. Perhaps it could be cropped to center the five women. I'm glad you got the shot though. It certainly offers the imagination a fun time with thinking up five different lives.

Hi Andre, good imagination!! When I see your photo I think:"Now, where are they going? And do they know each other?" (I don't think so) And I wonder if they will talk to each other on the boat.
Good capture by you, especially with the ladies so clear and those behind them are hard to see. Well done.

It is like a photo with 5 smaller portraits. And there are also some silhouettes in the background, so there is much to see. The photo has good contrasts and I like the blue and white tones.
