It was the 57th Aniversary of Padada, a provincial town in Davao Del Sur, famous for it's friendly people and it's coconut and banana plantations, However the spirit of the beauty queen competition does not seem to be evident in the eventual winner!!! Guess who won!!!!

Who won? the girl in the white dress looks less happy than the others, so I think it could be her!

Interesting image & a good contribution showing something of this corner of the world.

For me, the composition is spoiled by the fact that we can't see their feet, the space above the girls & even more so by the presence of the two men on the left. The depth of field is too much & the background is too sharp. Maybe some contrast & colour would liven up the scene some more. I'll post a workshop for it.

Haha ... great capture, Jude. Their PR settings have been switched off and you've caught them as they really are. I love the way they're sitting, all but the one in red have forgotten their training I'd say.
I'm actually guessing the girl in red is the winner, not least for maintaining her poise and smile.
