A painter at work while preparing a big poster for a Movie to be displayed outside the Cinema, although the modern techonology has helped to get the big printouts and turned this difficult job to simple one, but in Pakistan this art and style is still popular and many painters and artists are attached to this profession.

I am always surfing through your pictures as they are mostly focused on the daily life scene from the people of Pakistan, thus giving us a view to see whats happening their.

Another impressive image, Sajjad. I regret that more people don't pass by to admire and learn from your street photography. This is beautifully captured -- the contrast between the painter's quiet attention to his work and his subject's bright presence. For me, these photos that document forms of work and artisanal practice that will soon enough fade from our lives are important. Best, -Hugh
