Photographer's Note

Sauce Chicken Wrap in Oil Paper (纸包鸡) is one of the delicious Chinese meals. It is origin in GuangDong, China. Recently in my homecity, there is only a restaurant, RESTORAN LEONG YA INDAH, that well known with this meal.

Picture 1 showing the chickens that still wrap in oil paper after deep fried, while Picture 2 showing the chicken after removed the oil paper. Oil paper is a type of paper that best for absorb oil.

Picture 3 showing the fried Romaine lettuce (欧洲莜麦菜) with fermented bean curd (腐乳).

Picture 4 is another delicious and unique Chinese Meal named fobo (佛钵).

* Still many delicious Chinese foods not yet found on Wikipedia, just not easy for me to introduce it.

Hello ally and Happy New Year,

I see something in this grouping that can be made much better in the final image, and that would be to use a warming filter to take out the blue and or green light that indoor lighting offers the metering system. The color of the light is from florescent lights. It appears to be blue also, so it may have been the combination of Flor. lights and flash, but a warming filter used when both types of light are evident will cure the problem.

The green colour of the plates is probably not the best color to accentuate the food but it still looks delicious all the same. I might have tried to warm the image adding red magenta & yellow. The quartette layout is eyecatching and sharpness is excellent. Terima kasih!

A great idea, this is a good montage with all the appetizing yummy goodies combination but each has vivid stunning colors, superb clarity and contrasts but more than enough to attract the eyes. The intention and ideas are so welll conveyed aided by the stinging colors, expressive and so absorbing. Great capture. Congrats.
