Photographer's Note

Bar-B-Que ...Luang Prabang. Well, let's face it, for those of you who have been to Luang Prabang, you know that food runs in the range...

(Note: I wanted to put "gamut" there instead of range but not being too sure of the exact meaning of the word I attempted to look up which locked up everything on my computer except this page so "range" it is ...hey, 11 years old and still functional, I can't complain)

OK, where was I, yes, ...the food in Luang Prabang runs in the range of downright disgusting to simply sublime. These four fishy guys here, they were pulled out of the Mekong about a half hour ago, which happens to be 20 meters to my right, and were probably some of the most delicious fish I have ver tasted, so much for those big and expensive five star restaurants in Manhattan. ...what is wrong with the western chef these days? One of these cost one US dollar and the woman cooking them knew more about cooking fish and seafood in general more than any other chef I've ever known ...oh well, notes getting a bit long.

They were don't even wanna see whats on the table next to them, but, maybe next picture. :)
