Photographer's Note
One thing I love about Japan is Sushi. This is taken at Sushi bar where the sushi circle around the restaurant on the conveyor belts. We just need to pick the one we like.
Desaturated the photograph except the sushi.

Hi Rabin,
Your shot is so catchy to the eyes, great contrasts and nice vivid colors.
The focus in your shot is more decentralized. It would have looked lot better with the sushi in the center and balance of space on all four sides.

Sushi is good for sure. The way you have made the subject bright against the no-colour background is very effective. Well done.

I like this one for the use of one color to the B&W environment that you still could contrast even more but that is a question of peronal taste.

Nice idea to desaturate everything except the sushi. Of course it would be better if the shot were sharper but still it's an eyecatching shot.
