Photographer's Note
This was taken in 21st century museum in Kanazawa.
The museum was pretty nice, I found good chances to take photos there. I didn't have my Olympus E300 then, so I had to use my company's small camera so I guess the colours were not so good. I thought about B&W but I try to go with the reality lately so ended up in colour photo.

Very good concept thats been treated intelligently. An absolute marvel with some of the most amazing colours, tones and textures captured in such a perfect combination. I like the composition and its perspective, the pov and the way its been photographed. Good example of photographic talent.

Love it!
A really cheeky shot of someone taking the same subject. Nice balance and composure.

Beautiful, spare compo, Lauryn, really well seen. One of your most successful shots. The subtle colors are nice but I could also see a fine BW execution here.
All the best,

Hi Lauren,
Although it is color, the colors are all very neutral allowing one to focus on the repetition of shapes. The rabbit ear backs have the strongest impact but what really gets me is all of those legs. With their reflection in the shiny floor, they almost seem to be dancing!!
Of course then there is the repetition of a photographer taking a picture of a photographer taking a picture or chairs and I can evision that someone has a picture of you taking a picture and so on ;-)

Very nice one, Lauryn. Good graphical simplicity from the lineup of interesting-designed chairs, and well done placing the photographing woman at the extreme left. An alternate way to present this could be a slight crop at the bottom, and a conversion to contrasty b&w. Nice work. I hope you are doing well.

Hi Lauryn,
I like the simple design and neutral colors here. The woman capturing a different point of view of the rabbit eared seats really makes the photo. I can see it in BW but I think I would prefer the neutral toned original too.
Best regards,
Brian

Hi Lauryn, very serene museum scene here, I can really feel the stillness as the woman goes about framing her own shot. The use of repetitive chairs works well against this plain backdrop of the wall. I hope you don't mind but the shadow behind the woman and the line in the floor bothered me a little bit, so I did a workshop to eliminate them. Hope you like it...

なかなかおしゃれな絵ですね。微妙に色と形の違うかわいい椅子が並んでいるだけでも面白いのに、同系列の色の服を着たカメラマンまで配置したところは流石です。バックの壁のグラデーションも絶妙ですね。
Merry Christmas !

hello Lauryn,
I like this one very much ! The second ws is better without the line and a little bit lighter, but the compo is very minimalistic and funny.

Hello Lauryn
I like the psicological angle on this photo, there are so many interesting thoughs that come to me when I look at this and the repetitive empty chairs which just take my breath away
well done
