Hello Caroline,
this is a lovely picture about the sea, the evening, silence and companionship. It's very well composed and pleasingly sharp and has great depth. I love the black silhouettes against the seascape and the reflections. The black and white is wonderful, it enhances the mood of the hour and the sense of peace. Well done!

I think it's always difficult to make a good picture
in B/W ... and your here you made it in the frame,
the backlight, contrast ... all in perfect balance,
perfect harmony, is a great picture ...
I really like.
