Photographer's Note
Lord Krishna and his consort Radharani has very influencing part in Indians life. You can see their photos and idols everywhere in India and many places of the World. Lord Krishna (playing with flute) is known as eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
Here beautifully decorated idols are placed for sale in a shop at Vrindavan. Within few days they will reach in a home and will be worshiped daily.
The sizes of idols are around 3 to 4 inches high. I have several other photos of various idols but chose this one to show you first.

Hi Rakesh!
The capture is very good, they don't even seem to me dolls in a shop window. I like the composition and colours are very good.

Hello Rakesh,
A well exposed image of the Idols with geautiful colors and sharp details, i like the way the pairs of eyes are exactly at same angle and look absokutely the same... Blurred BG isolates the Gods...

Hello Rakesh!
Amazingly how this macro looks like a big monument - because of the many details - so accurately produced and so sharply captured. Beads and gems look gorgeous and the feather - splendid.
Thanks!

Hi Rakesh,
They are so charming! Very nice pov, clever dof and beautiful colours. Somehow I think that the peacock feathers add much to the image. Maybe it had been better if you hadn't cropped those feathers and the hat on the right, but such are minor details.
Regards, José.

Hello Rakesh
I like how you made these small idols 'larger than life'. Beautiful sharp details & colours. Very good use of shallow DOF to blur out the BG. Good work Rakesh!

Hello rakesh,
Beautiful picture of my favourite deity. You have captured it with good colours and good POV. Good details presented. After reading your notes , i noticed one thing. I n South Krishna is generally considered as the 9 th incarnation of vishnu. It is because, we don't count Buddha as one.:)
Thanks for the photo and also for the notes.
Regards,
Smitha.

Hello Rakes,
very well captured and nicely framed close-up shot of the statues. Thanks to the perfect exposure the details are all visible. The slightly diagonal perspective is very good and the dof is excellent. Very fine work!
Tfs and best wishes.
