Photographer's Note
The Amber Fort (Aamer Kila) is located near Jaipur is one of the great attraction for tourists coming from all over the world.
This fort was renovated by Sawai Maan Singh in 15th Century. The Elephant ride is the main attraction of the fort. Beautiful carving with stone and glass is very well preserved here.

Hi Rakesh,
Great pov, gorgeous luminosity, a dreamy palace that matches perfectly our Western imaginary of the "Indian charm". I had never seen a view from this pov.
When I see wonderful photos like this one from Jaipur, I wonder if I did the right things staying relaxedly in Agra instead of visiting Jaipur when I was in India - we arrived in Agra with hotel reservation for just one night and train ticket and hotel reservation to Jaipur and then we decided that it was wiser to stay in Agra with more time to visit things more calmly than to rush for Jaipur... Not that I really sorry, as I always prefer having more time to see less things than to rush for doing quick visits to more places, but I surely had loved to see Jaipur.
Regards, José.

Hi Rakesh,
I stopped at this picture as I visited the Amber fort a couple of weeks ago. You've caught a lot of the magnificence of the fort, though I think you could perhaps have included a little more reflection in the water, perhaps enough to show the reflection of the whole of the low building? I also think the border is a little too bold - perhaps a dark brown border rather than black would be more sympathetic to the general colouring of the photo.

Hallo Rakesh!
It's an astonishing sight - so great and so exuberantly coloured in yellows and reds! Focus is very good also. And the pov too. (By the way, we also use the old word "kale" for fortress).

salut rakesh
une belle vue de ce fort, que j'ai vu dernierement dans un diaporama d'une copine qui y était, les couleurs sont bien rendues, les reflets dans l'eau discret juste ce qu'il faut, beau travail

Ecellent one. The compsotion is perfect including both the river and the beautiful reflections and a bit of sky above the fort. The colours are wonderful, ths buiding really fits in this cliff, a true part of it. Great job.

Hello Rakesh!
Very nice composition, my friend! I like so much the colour tones and the architecture. The river makes a nice duplication and the people adds proportion to all.

Hello Rakesh
This is an excellent view of the great fort. At a diagonal, this looks very good with the reflections in the placid waters. You've got great light on the fort walls & the colours are excellent

Hi Rakesh, I like this shot becouse the architecture from top to bottom is excellent, there is great light & I even like the pastel colours, the people give a superb prospective of size, the only little let down is you missed some of the reflection of the bottom, still a wonderful shot, kind regards Wilson.

i visited it when in jaipur..went up on elephants
good views from the top and grand people..
your shot is from a place at the back ?
its clear and well toned without too much contrast to 'liven' things up which does make them look un-natural
the bird caught my eye...;)
god bless
