My message for all for the New Year 2007 :

Pass on the Soap ... !

and take a refreshing shower, opening your mind for new ideas ...

It happened to be Lux soap that was been thrown (to get in more in to details), here at Hogenakal natural waterfalls, used as a practical shower, a little bit more then a few buckets of water falling from 3 meters high ... you need to hold on to bars not to be flushed away !

Fun ... just arrived back from Salem meeting Pramod, never had a more unusual New Years Day thanks to him so I pass on the soap to you !

nice funny shot. it is a chilling way to welcome new year ...the expression in that man's face is funny.

BTW did you take a dip in that chilly water?

But it's not only the message but the humorous combination between the photo, the pleading man (well, sort of) and the note...So, funny, so human, so REAL! With all the people around, you managed to pinpoint the main subject, and even though it's quite hard to isolate the soap among the water splashes and human bodies, once you get it, you can't stop laughing...

Hi Henk, what a nice and funny shot of the flying soap to the man of the centre. His facial- and even bodyexpression is superb. The slashing water everywhere is nice.

Eek! such a moving, active, exciting shot. You have captured a wonderful moment, pulsating with action. The flying bar of lux gives it that 'special moment frozen in time- feeling. Is this just hygiene or is there some religious meaning to the washing? I did notice that there never seem to be enough bathrooms in India, whereas in Thailand there always seem to be too many. Well, it's probably a bit too late to come back on this one, but after all, not really : I like your idea, of "opening our mind for new ideas" - it is never too late for that, plus this men's world is a discovery for us women...
