Photographer's Note
The women are carrying soft bricks made of clay, to kiln to harden them. I think this picture depicts the plight of those underprevileged hard working women very well and we should rais our voice against it. What do you think?

Very well composed description of what you are telling us.
I know how hard Indian women work! They are carrying so hard weight bare feet.
Bravo, good work!

Hi Arjun,
This is really quite a good image, a great example of the hard work that women put in all over India. I find it difficult to wear a saree on normal occasions, so these women are to be commended. The point of view is interesting, and makes me wonder where you were when you took the picture. It would be great for you to have got closer...

Thanks for raising such an important issue.I agree with Arnab, you could have captured the faces.Look at that girl in red..............it seems that she is a child labour. But overall your effort is very much praisable.
Cheers!!

Closer snap would be better, the left side of the photo can be cut-short, so that you can highlight few of them. Anyway, good compo, thanks for sharing.

Hi Arjun
the quality of this shot is the nice graphical impact of these rows of clay stones within the colored spots of the working women.
Women indeed, what would India be without them ?
And I'm afraid that they become scarce compared to the male population cause everybody wants a son in India, but tell me what's a man worth without a woman ?
A good shot as a photo and as a honnor to the women of India, they still do most of the hard work.

Hi Arjan
A fine photo to give us this hard side of life - I seen worse things lately about men working in the clothings industri - and farmers getting ill from pesticides used for there cutton in the fields.

This is a great picture Arjun. I wish the man was not there in the back. Kajal described the picture very well, so all I need to do is add a big smiley.

Salam,
Thank you for bringing up this issue. Here in my country ,we have women who are hardworking as the women of your shot, but it seems nobody can do anything for them.
I also like the angle you chose.
Good Luck
Atousa
