Photographer's Note
Indian railways are the biggest in the World - at least in number of passengers travelling in a day. You can get by train everywhere in India, and for sure all travellers in this country share the same memories of countless hours spent in coaches, with hundreds of people around them, trying to sell something or just to talk with foreigners.
In travel there are times that we are tired, angry and so on. But there are also nice moments, like this one, when golden sun creates incredible light effect.
Technical Note: No sepia convert was done. Colours are natural, I have only resized and sharpened this picture.

Wonderful train picture! The diagonal of the railway is superb. I like the kind of light that the picture shows as well as your choice of sepia.
Good job!

Beautiful shot, Antoni, pure gold. You say "color" but it's really monochrome in feel. Great perspective and "sense" with those shiny rails... And excellent note too. Bravo! Francis

Having had a look at your portfolio, I got the impression that you don't need any critiques any more, really - your work is really professional in the technical sense and artistic in terms of composition!
The light is great, and so is the amount of detail to be found in this photo. Are these hands and arms being stuck outside the "windows"? This train looks more like a prison train to me - without proper windows...
It rather looks as if the human beings were absent - you only see their hands/arms... - the technical things - rails, electricity poles, dominate the picture. The people are as in cages...
It's still a beautiful picture, technically speaking, but emotionally speaking it is slightly unsettling to me... I am aware that the atmosphere was certainly completely different, but without sharing this atmosphere this is difficult to experience...

The thing I like most about this shot is the positioning you were in to get this perspective and composition. Great!

What an amazing image . . . . it even SMELLS like India. The natural sepia color makes all the more surreal. The composition is very dynamic and powerful. Bravo!

Très belle vue d'un enchevêtrement de fils et de rails qui s'étendent à perte de vue. De plus l'angle de visée est tel que les structures d'acier et de fils se fondent dans le proche lointain. (Jean-Pierre)

Nice image you got here. What time was this taken? Afternoon? The rails and the electric wires seems like never ending. Good effect! TFS

Hi Antoni

Very good photo I would day for sure ...
Yes ... I am a big fan of Indian Railways ... I mean for such a low price you can go pretty much anywhere .... once I stayed in a railway guest house that was right at the railway station and had a chance to see the life as percieved by the railway platform .... it sounds weird but it was pretty good
thanks for posting this photo ... it definitely brought lots of memories ... cheers .... sarju

This is quite an incredible shot with the play of natural light on the myriad lines formed by the tracks and power lines, effectually creating a wonderful atmosphere that may be termed almost magical.
Well done Antoni!

hi Antoni
excellent composition... its amazing that you got natural sepia tones... well framed... I love the maze of electric wires n poles... well timed... I like the way the train is changing tracks while another train is coming out of haze at far-off... I'd rather call it "haze n maze"...
