Early to bed and early to rise makes a man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise - A concept prevailed from the age of my grand father.
Now only the factor of rising will not do, it must be accompanied by excercise and what can be the best other than BRISK WALKING.
Today I was happy to see that irrespective of men & women all are so much concerned about their health. All parks are covered by dedicated health concious people going for Brisk Walking.

TECHNICALITIES OF BRISK WALKING:
Walking can be an excellent cardiovascular exercise, providing that you are working within your target heart rate zone. To get the full benefit of your walking program it is best to walk for 20-30 minutes, 3-4 times per week at 60-90% of your maximum heart rate.
