Photographer's Note
Nature has its beauty, weather she's in a pleasant mood or a nasty one. Reached Palolem beach quite late after sunset and with nothing to click, took a stroll along the shore, the clouds were building and I wasn't carrying an umbrella.. well, I did see an opportunity to 'make a picture' and I set my tripod and was waiting for the lightning to strike.. it's frustrating, trust me.. but ass they say, patience pays and here I guess it payed in dividends :)

Kia ora Prashant,
A very dramatic shot. Very difficult to capture lightning but you've achieved this perfectly. Well done. Cheers, Neil

Hi Prashant,
Yes indeed, it did pay dividends...what a great capture! These kinds of spontaneous moments can end up being the best for a photographer, this is a very good example. The colors that this has created in the sky and the way that it gives shape and life to the clouds is certainly Mother Nature working her magic. Excellent timing and composition, a well thought out opportunity grabbed at just the right moment. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Jason
