Photographer's Note
I have noticed this Jilebi (Indian sweet) maker in front of a sweet stall at Mint Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai, India. This street is known for North Indian Jains (popularly called as Marwadis). The senior man let the wet flour pour like a thread into frying pan through a special vessel. His assistant collects the fried jilebis (soaked in sweet liquid (jeera).
