Photographer's Note
This photo was taken from my old flat in North Point in 1998 and is overlooking the harbour towards Kowloon.
The Kowloon skyline was quite low then, because the old Kai Tak airport was situated just off to the right of the image.
Now that the old airport has been closed down this skyline has rapidly changed over the past 5 years. An up-to-date version of this picture would show many new skyscrapers 3 times the size of those shown in this picture.
