Photographer's Note
the longest bridge (Well.....read on)
I took this photo in Macau and it was my first time to see this tremendous tower which was purposefully made for the tourists according to my cousin.
I decided to include one of the longest bridges in the world, but I am not sure which category it falls into.
I hope you like the picture

Hi Daniel!
I like very much the combination of the tower and the bridge. And the foggy weather creates an atmosphere here.
Hope you don't mind, I tried a little ws to improve compo imo and go further with the atmosphere..

anton

Hi Daniel !
Nice image of the Tower ... good composition.
I was there in November, at the last floor. You can see the shot I took there at 300 meters high or so, titled : Vertigo !

Hi Daniel,
I too like the combination of these two spectacular elements, for my taste I'd prefer it a bit less foggy, but I believe it's the result of the shooting time.
Have a nice day,

Quelle incroyable architecture !
Cette tour est fascinante !
Le gigantesque pont qui part dans la diagonale de l’image est une pure merveille !
J’adore !
Bien joué Daniel!

Very nice misty photo with great misty vague shapes. I especially like the brigde, it gives more depth. The only thing I would have done different is crop the plants on the bottum away. The rest of the pic is wonderful.

Big monuments here, the other one horizontal and the other one vertical. So, they work very well together. And that`s the effect in your shot too, I guess. Thank you for sharing this.

a nice landscape Daniel.. I wonder why the sky is so dull. I wish I could do something for it, may be a touch of contrast..
I already did 2 ws..
Too bad because the scene is nice.

Very good viewpoint you found, Dan, presenting this double dip of two impressive architectural works. The hazy atmosphere and limited color setting really help to focus on the prominent man-made elements here and the total result is absolutely appealing. I wonder why you saved it at just 28KB size though.

The hazy image gives a fine and special atmosphere - thanks for view and story to follow - you got the category just right.

Great picture with a very interesting skyline. The haze and the light make a very nice picture! I like the tower, but especially the bridge. This bridge is also the reason, I'll make this picture as a favourite of mine!
Very well done! :-D

Hi Daniel
I like the hazy atmosphere of this shot (although I'd wait for a clearer day to go up in the skytower), & the contrast between the natural horizon of hills on the right, & the manmade one on the left. Well composed, & a good pov. Back to Uni for me on 1/3/05.

Very good shot Dan. I remember the bridge from my visit there, but I guess the tower is new since then. Well done compo, fine details.

I think architecture is the right choice. Beautiful lighting, catching the hazy sun through the morning? mist. Very nice compo, with the tower a well placed compliment to the bridge.

Great composition with striking depth and impressive architecture details, Dan! :-) The misty look due to the fog adds a lot to the atmosphere and makes the shot a perfect example for a good ad of the place..;-)) Excellent!

Très belle vue, je pense que la luminosité devait être difficile à régler ; cadrage excellent et teinte matinales.

It's unfortunate that it was such a hazy day, because the composition is really good. Then again, the haze does add a moddy atmosphere to the image!

Dan, excellent photo of a part of the world which is changing fast. It is good to see this new long bridge which was in the news a while ago. Your perspective is good. TFS.
