The school in Di Ma Luo was deserted because it was National Day Golden Week in China. We were able to walk in and wander around.

I tell you what, Chris this one really seaks to me, loud and clear and I only wish more would pile on after me and give it propercredit. An infinite sadness emanates from the blusih tones and te angle with which you shot this little marvel. Reminds me painfully of my horrible scholdays (I kid you not).

Hi Chris,
Wonderful work again. Your shot is very moving, somehow speaks to me, perhaps of my own childhood, perhaps of the enormous piles of learning these kids will still do, perhaps of the impoverishment that doesn't prevent these kids to blossom into their full intellect. A marvellous work!
