Macau Tower
The Tower is 338m high, the observation deck, seen from below, is 223m high. You may sky jump from there at a very reasonable price :)
The construction began in 1998 and it was opened in Dec 2001.

About the PoV, I was lucky. Since I don't have a tripod, I put the camera on the ground and made a first shot, then a 2nd one (this one)... the tower and this piece from a sculpture on the left seemed to be aligned, and it was the end of the story :)

Boa composição. Mesmo sem tripé conseguiu uma boa foto.
Tente aproveitar o que o SITE permite: 800 pixels em um dos lados da foto e o arquivo (file) pode ser até 200 Kbs!!

Na outra (http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Asia/China/photo314696.htm.), que eu vi primeiro, perguntei "Será que ganhou em ser a preto-e-branco?"
Aqui nesta tenho a resposta: sim.
Gosto muito mais da outra. Além disso, essa escultura não funciona muito bem para a ideia que pretendes. É a minha simples e humilde opinião, como sempre.
Depois desta fiquei ainda a gostar mais da outra foto.
