Photographer's Note
I had a two-week trip to China in June. First time ventured out from my hometown Shanghai. Actually crossed half of China to Guangxi Province. In four days, we visited Guilin, Yangshuo, and Longsheng. Rest of the time was in Shanghai. Ate, ate, and ate.
Longji Rice Terraces is located in Longsheng County, three hours’ driving distance from Guilin. In spring, the water is irrigated into the fields and the terraces reflect the colors of the sky. During my stay, the area was hit by a storm. I did not get spectacular sunrise/sunset pictures. But I saw clouds rolling in and rolling out. It’s different, but equally great experience!

Hi Tiffany
What a view! Those colors are so rich they appear almost alien to my eyes, and it seems the sun has shone on them in a manner to make them shimmer.beautiful Pevensey of all the elements of the scene to make a really fine, captivating view
Best wishes

Hi Tiffany, the view is magic and i like a lot your work in PP,with a very high saturation and the high exposure of the light reflections on the water, looks like a peinture,a very nice solution! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hello Tiffany,
nice capture of this rice fields. I think the photo is a bit overexposed but I liked a lot the saturated colors.
