Photographer's Note
Tea is as much a part of the culture in Bangladesh as it is in India. Also drank with milk, and often with spices or ginger. These three hard working rickshaw men were taking a well earned tea-break and were happy to exchange a few words with us.

Hello Elaine,
Another very nice group photo with a friendly atmosphere which almost makes me want to go back to Bangladesh (but there's no way I will). I also like the "artistic" wall. I wish street photography was as easy and uncomplicated in Europe as in India and clearly also Bangladesh.
Regards,
Gert

Hi Elaine,
That is a very cool looking tea break. Well earned break gives quite relaxed impressions. And rough looking wall in the back is very photogenic.

Hello Elaine
Three great characters, lovely portrait with good compo and framing. They look very relaxed and open to you taking their picture. There is wisdom in tea (even with milk, as it seems).

Hi Elaine
I think that this is a wonderful example of what can happen when there is a positive sense of communication between a photographer and his/her subjects. There's spontaneous, open happiness and friendship in this. You have great focused on the faces, the faces are the story here. I suspect that these are people who are not used to having their photograph taken every other day as so many in the West are. It's time to have a short break after a long and hard day at work.
I love the way you have composed this with the stool on the left balances the frame and creating a link at the same time. This is about place as well as people,, glimpses into people's lives, bright and joyful image.
Congrats
Best regards

Hello Elaine, Nice view of these three men in longyi taking a tea break. and how great that you could exchange a few words with you. I see that probably tea is Indian style - with milk. This is something I do not like and even to India, I travel with my own tea and kettle. Excellent composition.
Best regards MAlgo

Hello Elaine,
Such a 'Handsome' photo of three good friend of Bangladeshis men sharing their breaktime , drinking delicious brewed Tea with condensed milk.
A Tea which I love drinking and their sarong too :-)
This tea gives so much satisfaction and energy to keep going all day for these rickshaw men. You can clearly see on their faces ... or they are delighted for being photographed by you ( which you've done amazing well ).
I just love the whole setting of this place. The old tiny wooden bench, a small 'table-chair' and the 'moldy' wall to match.
I would say , 'Tea for Three , Three for Tea' :-)
Tfs,
Loong
