Photographer's Note

Segur le Chateau is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
It is located on the peninsula curve of the Auvezere river.
Built by the viscounts of Limoges in the twelfth century.
The first courtyard has two homes, one Renaissance, protected by an angle die hooded turn the other existing dwelling house was rebuilt in the XV century.
A fortified wall separates a second last court where the dungeon prisons and the chapel which gave vestige.
The ruins are covered by vegetation
Most of the houses date from the fifteenth century
I masked the gas bottles on the large version.
