Photographer's Note
It was cold, and the air had rapidly chilled overnight. It was a Saturday, half past 5 in the morning, and my loving wife had woken me up to see the foggy misty world outside of the warm comforts of our boudoir. She said "you have to get out with your camera - go and get some shots!".
So I drove down towards the River Thames, but it was far too misty to really capture any shots. Then I drove to Richmond Green, and after taking a few shots was just about to move to the next spot, when out of the mist I could see a ghostlike shadow emerging.

Hello,
Quite an ultimate photo here, there no more things to see, but we must admit this photo is sharing a idea or a story.
Interesting point of view, but an UPO unindentified photo object.
Yves.

Ciao Casper,
instead I like this strongly foggy atmosphere. I like the minimalism and the hardly hinted silhouette.
Have a nice evening

Very minimal and the result is subtle. The best shot are always the one we don't plan and this is a very good one.

hi Casper,
very original POV and it works so well. This grey gradation is like a modern and abstract painting. Great atmosphere rising fro this foggy landscape.

Hi Casper,
very atmospheric photo. The foggy ambient is superb as it provides most minimalistic composition of 2 "ghosts" in a distance. I do not know if you applied some additional blur or not but it does not actually matter. The photo works excellently and cannot be unnoticed.
Kind regards,
Jeri

Hi Casper,
I do like it a lot, excellent in its sheer minimalism, mood all over, space for mystery. Lovely grey tones, and the light above trying to pierce through. Fine-tuned work, quite to my taste! Well done.

Nothing more, nothing less.. just right time and lack of sharpness, create together an excellent mood.. foggy , mysterious, nostalgic, early-morning - beginning of Winter?
Monohromatic tones extremely succesful here!

So, who needs sharpness? It's very interesting how much information we can get from just some fuzzy blotches. A man walking his dog in the park on a foggy morning, at a gentle pace, enjoying the solitude that the fog allows, even when others might be nearby. All that, from just a few gray smears. It's sort of like when Picasso would make a full drawing from just one sketched line. Well done! Regards, Ken.

Hi Cas, I guess I missed this while I was away in Turkey. 5:30 on a Saturday - a bit too early for me, but this was certainly worth the effort. Packed with atmosphere and quite cinematic. Just enough definition to work out what's going on.
Nice job, Roberto

How could I resist such a spooky soft shot. I really like the impressionism here. You really have to look at the picture to take it in. That's quite clever of you. Sounds like your wife is a keeper! :) or she just wanted the whole bed to herself! ;)
