Photographer's Note
The day was cold and rainy. This long lake is in a Canadian National Park, the Parc National de la Mauricie. I like this place.
I only cropped this photo, no other rework. I like the teal color of the peninsulas, how the color of each peninsula is uniform and how the tones change from near to far away.
I tried to "improve it" but with no success - always looked bad. I am not very experienced with PSP type work.Any workshop welcome.
I found this photo from cezar from the same spot but under a differet sky: Lac Wapizagonke

I think the filters Mike used in the workshop really bring out the color and detail of your good photo. Your point of view is so "dead center", which is sometimes a bad thing, but the curves of the river and the different colours of the foliage make this quite interesting, I think. What part of Quebec is this Park in? Good work. :o)

What a beautiful view Alain. I love the different layer of hills, getting lighter in colour the further they go. A lovely land and river. Thank you for sharing. Well done.

Très belle vue, très paisible, ce lac qui sillone, vu de haut, c'est superbe. Bravo! Claude
Pour le plaisir, je te fais un petit WS.

Beautiful place and it reminds me a lot of the Columbia River Gorge where I live. I have been to so many places in Canada that remind me of home, but the mountains are always taller, and there are less people on the road getting in my way! Great composition to this photo. The trees in the foreground really add some interests and you've captured the rainy day atmosphere that was present that day.

Bravo !
