Driving along the RODOVIA DOS TAMOIOS/TAMOIOS ROAD, from the top of the SERRA DO MAR/SEA MOUNTAIN RANGE, a partial view of the city of CARAGUATATUBA, the CANAL DE SÃO SEBASTIÃO/SOUND OF SAN SEBASTIAN and ILHA BELA/BEAUTIFUL ISLAND.

Bonsoir, cher ami Neyvan,
Nous dominons la ville à nos pieds. L'on mesure à quel point celle-ci est grandiose et fort bien placée à proximité du canal.
L'image est fort bien présentée comme à l'accoutumée.

view is great. Amazing high POV and result of shot - photo I like a lot. An interesting place in Sao Paulo State. Canal is wide and big, like bay.

Hello Neyvan, it is indeed a satellite panoramic view of the very attractive city of Sao Paolo!

I had a great time looking at the satellite images that you nominated...... was I was 17 I landed in Santos & was driven for the day to San Paulo..... looking at the images bring back memories.

magic shot this. A real sense of scale to it and the depth is perfect. It is as you say a beautiful island and sits in stark contrast to the built up fg of the mainland. A fascinating capture.

P.s. Thanks for your latest comment, but tell me how to get better sharpness when the photo is taken from mooving airplane, still relatively close to the ground, through the window. Difficult task, believe me.

Hi Neyvan,
Whaou ! This could nearly be taken from a plane landing. Well, looking at the mounts you took that from, I am not surprised at this bird's eye view result ! Great contrast between the calm, blue sea and the built-up area near the coast. The details and colors are excellent and I like to see the place aerated by numerous green areas.
But then, I see it's just a narrow city by the coast at the foot of the mountains.
I also like to see the not so built-up areas at the foot of the mountains the other side of the canal.
