Photographer's Note
We were busy today. We started our day by riding the ducks of Branson. As I explained in my note for Miss Sliberty, ducks are amphibian vehicles from WWII that have been refurbished as tour vehicles.
The company operating the ducks in Branson is named, imaginatively, Ride the Ducks Branson. They operate from two sites. The original site is on the Strip and sightseeing highlights of tours from this site include:
Branson Entertainment District
Table Rock Dam
Baird Mountain
Scenic Ozarks
Splashdown into Table Rock Lake
We took the tour from the original site. In the collage, clockwise from upper left are:
1) Baird mountain, from where the rocks for Table Rock Dam have been quarried. The company has accumulated quite a collection of historic army vehicles, which are on display here.
2) The splashdown into Table Rock Lake.
3) The approach to the departure path from the lake.
In the afternoon, we saw the show Joseph and in the evening we went to Haygoods' show at the RFD TV Theatre. I hope to upload photos from those experiences later.
(Map coordinates are for the splashdown point.)

Hello Murat,
WWII amphibian vehicles still operating on a daily basis, this is impressive and the tour you took must have been very interesting. Your presentation is great, I like the clarity and composition of all of the pictures and the way you balanced the luminous colours and complicated views on the left with the calmer tones on the right. I think it would be more effective if you had two pictures on the right as well to get a balance in the interest within the frame too. This is only a personal view, your work is really remarkable. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely day,
Ourania

Hi Murat,
Excellent collage, all three parts are in superb light and clarity. The view from the driver cabin is very good and the right photo, the well frozen water splash is superb. Very well done.
To answer your question to my last photo, I've selected 1/500sec shutter speed and aperture 13, an of course steady hand. Greetings, Miro

Hi Murat,
I like your collage, especially the trucks entering the water at the top and the big splash on the right, which gives an idea of the sensation felt while "riding the duck"!
The bottom right picture is there to prove it's really amphibious , is it ?
Thanks for sharing this original experience.
Kind regards.
Marie-Louise.

Good morning Murat,
The splash of water on right pic. is an amazing pic. taken. Water seem to stand on air.
The story about the amphibic-vhicle ride looks intriguing adventure, you seem to enjoyed this.
Good day,
Ike
