Linear Colours, a photo from Delhi, North

Photographer's Note

There are some places in Delhi that have me hooked to them. Jantar Mantar, located in Connaught Place is sure one of them for the sheer architectural splendor and colours that it has. the entire place is not very big in size but it sure is big on the photo ops it offers. Till such time that I revisit it and discover some new facets this one is my last from the alst visit to this place.

few colors and contrasts work well, and the tilted framing is quite good I think in this particular situation.

Nice!

Its surprising how this old buildings has stood the test of time and still offers unique oportunities. What attracts me toward buildings, old buildings in particular is that a few hundred years ago, someone else's eyes looked at the same building and maybe the same facet.

This shot has amazing colors and unique graphism. A slightly smaller aperture would have sharpened the entire frame.

Hi Aadiil,
It's a very attractive image, for its geometry , colours and textures. There isn't much to say apart from congratulate its author! That often happens when the photos are as simple as they are near perfection. I bet that for many of us this spot would pass unnoticed, specially because the place where it is located seems to offer so much more "obvious" views.
I can't believe that I was so close to it the only time I was in Delhi and I didn't visited it. I am assuming that Connaught Place is the same of Connaught Circus or at least it is close by, or am I wrong?

You have a strong love for deep red colours when i browse through your gallery. Red is everywhere and it sure looks great. It's deep saturated and best of all, always used in a very good composition. You have really a great eye for detail and lines, just as we see in here. A very artistic image, such images can be sold, there is always a market for this kind of work.
