Photographer's Note
It had not rained for a while and thus the dust from the dryness of the atmosphere created this wonderful sunset. At first I was concerned about the telegraph poles, something I try to avoid. However in Rural Africa they are rare, thus brunging in the contrast of man and nature. I would be intrigued to get feed back if you feel they compliment or conflict. Your time and your views would be appreciated. Rich

I think it is a fair attempt on your part...but you certainly could have avoided those poles if you really wanted to...i guess the surreal sky would have stayed like that for a nother few minutes...so surely you couldnt have lost much...i however dont mind that deer silhouette...
i think it is a well captured stuff but could have been a classic if you planned a bit...
cheers

I can't understadn why this hasn't drawn more attention Richard, I think it's a sensational shot. And I like the telegraph poles. Not only do they add structure to the picture, but they suggest a good contrast between man and nature.
The only things I might have done different would be in Hue & saturation, increase the saturation of the red channel just a little, and I might crop it slightly, to allow room to swivel it in the process and straighten up the mian post on the right.
But otherwise its perfect!
PS. Followed you here from you comment on my cricket shot at TL.... 1st Test against v The Windies is on in the background as I type....

Hola Richard ---------------->
Quizás los colores están un poco forzados, pero aún y así es una gran foto ....: de encuadre, de luz y de buen gusto. El cielo es increíble.
Un saludo amigo y feliz día.
