The "Caldo Baldo" it was the result of the boiling of the puddings, which was in the habit of being distributed I enter the relatives mas collected the day of the slaughter.
In the kitchen one was starting preparing the entrails for the puddings. The large black pudding or gut cular, the biggest pudding, was consumed the same day of the slaughter for the luncheon; and the " Caldo Baldo " it was distributing between the relatives who had helped in the slaughter.
