Photographer's Note
Skhirat Plage (Skhirat Beach) is a little beach town south of Rabat. Its historic claim to fame is a former royal palace. However, a 1971 coup made the king abandon his summer resort.
It looks like it is currently coming to fame for its good surf. Surf Forecast claims "Skhirat Plage is an exposed beach and point break that usually has waves and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the south southeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. Waves at the beach break both left and right and there is left hand reef break too.. Best around low tide when the tide is falling. Sometimes crowded."
We stayed there for one night for its proximity to Rabat. In the morning, we strolled along the beach and watched these fishermen come ashore.

Hello Murat,
This photo should have deserved some attention. I like the many parallel horizontal lines of the surf and the pier. The small boat fits into this scheme and its colours also match the surroundings well. To me, not used to small boats, these waves look bad enough, but the fishermen make their living from putting their lives at risk every day. The colours and sharpness are good and the light is well managed.
Regards,
Gert

Hello Murat,
Nicely collected the moment, as the title says, a safe return fom a fishing journey.
Image scaled to the distance out to sea, where a rocky rif barrier halved the pic. space.
Fine light and clarity, the sight of the distant waves had given graet motion on.
Regards,
Ike
