The desert is like our life.
You can stand at the edges and dig up around, on boring ways, but safe.
Or you can choose to cross it.
You will risk to be shelved or remain blocked between high dunes as mountains;
you will suffer the violence of the storms,
hardly you will find the wood to warm you in the evenings
and you will have to use carefully your water.
You will have to challenge accepting accepting the challenge,
with a few certainties to rely on.
In exchange, however, such as life, the desert will offer you everything of itself, surprising you every moment.
It will show you the strength of the sun
and it will give you nights of full moon that and will paint all blue;
it will show you the most beautiful stars before you will go to sleep
and will made you a protagonist of the infinite.
Then it will be just for you the choice
of whether to ignore and go straight on your way
or allow you to be loved of its strange love,
that will know how to conquer you and bind thee,
for the rest of your days.

Il deserto è come la vita.
Puoi restare ai bordi e girargli intorno, su vie noiose, ma sicure.
O puoi scegliere di attraversarlo.
Rischierai allora di insabbiarti o rimanere bloccato tra dune alte come montagne;
subirai la violenza delle tempeste, faticherai a trovare la legna per scaldarti la sera
e dovrai consumare con intelligenza la tua acqua.
Dovrai sfidarlo accettandone la sfida, con poche certezze su cui fare affidamento.

ti darà le stelle più belle come compagnia prima di andare a dormire
e saprà renderti protagonista dell’infinito.
Allora sarà solo tua la scelta
se ignorarlo e tirare dritto sulla tua strada
o lasciarti amare del suo strano amore,
che saprà conquistarti e legarti a sé,
per il resto dei tuoi giorni.
