Cairo. El Khalili bazaar is a wonderful place to visit for those of us not used to the zouks and bazaars of the East. Particularly the spice area of the bazaar gave an image of what trade must have been like in Europe a long time ago.

Hi Ivar,

I always found the atmosphere of bazaars kind of out of this world.
The look of the man sitting on and in between spices attracted me the most in your photo. I decided to post an WS with an accent on this character looking outside the frame and the moment.

a big `wow` to the mysterious arabiannights-like atmosphere created by light in your photo.
the shabby look add to the same atmosphere and the relaxed posed of the man in the FG
is picturesque.

Nice photo of an unusual place. Colors are good from the perfect lighting. I actually perfered the original pic over the workshop.

stupendous image, not only for the perfect neatness and for the faithful colors absolutely to the reality, but above all for the naturalness of the people that animate the scene. A beautiful photo, really resembles a few to a painting of Bruegel.
