Photographer's Note
This little guy was in Kampemba, quartier Taba Congo, behind a thatched-roof marche when I took his photo. He was watching me closely as I passed and I was surprised by his quiet/calm composure, especially when having his picture taken by a strange "muzungu" (white man). It was a real quick shot and I know much of his face is hidden in shadow, but I still like his posture and the bright colors in the background.
