Photographer's Note

During our trip to the West we had a second meal on the side of the road; the bistro-restaurant was dark and smoky so we had lunch outside. traditional meal: a kind of mashed cassava and meat in a rather spicy sauce. For two we were served in a small plastic bowl and we ate with our fingers (we make dumplings sauce and cassava) Jean our driver preferred fried chicken to eat with his fingers too. the cook had well prepared his excellent dish. after we bought a local patisserie
